Focus For A Cause : Fund-Raising For Yolanda Survivors

The devastation caused by supertyphoon Yolanda is beyond belief. Focus Bulacan is joining efforts to help survivors of the tragedy thru a way it knows best - photography. There are already countless relief good collection drives by other organizations, we feel that donating relief items can be done individually by trooping to the nearest LBC branch or a nearby Philippine Red Cross office. This fund-raising campaign, however, is a collective effort that we hope would benefit all stakeholders.

It's a win-win-win offer. Focus photographers are offering their services at a discounted rate, with proceeds going to Yolanda relief operations. Clients who will book these services will benefit from the low rates while also helping typhoon survivors. For our part, we are more than happy to help while doing what we enjoy - shooting.

If you are looking for these photography services, this is the perfect time to avail them. Book now, there's only 1 slot for each type of photoshoot :

1.) Wedding Coverage - Includes a prenup session, full coverage of wedding day with minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 shooters, a 40-page wedding album, and disc of processed photos.
Special Rate : Php 15,000

2.) Debut Coverage - Includes a predebut photoshoot, full coverage of debut event with minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 shooters, a 40-page album, and disc of processed photos.
Special Rate : Php 15,000

3.) Event Coverage - Be it a birthday party or a corporate event or a musical or concert performance, a team of 3 to 5 shooters will document the proceedings. Disc of processed photos will be given. Special Rate : Php 10,000

4.) Portfolio Shoot - Build up your modeling portfolio by having a photoshoot conducted by a Focus Bulacan member. Disc of processed photos to be provided. Special Rate : Php 5,000

5.) Family Pictorial - Give your family a treat by having a pictorial. Include your kids, your parents, or even your pets. Disc of processed photos will be given after the shoot. Special Rate : Php 5,000

6.) Baby Pictorial - Have your baby's cuteness and unguarded moments captured. Disc of processed photos included in this package. Special Rate : Php 5,000

We are also open to other kinds of shoot, just let us know.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER :

• Rates are for Bulacan only. For shoots outside Bulacan, minimal transportation fees will apply.
• Offer is good only until November 30. Bookings must be done on or before that date.
• Event or shoot should take place not later than June 30, 2014.
• Scheduling of shoot or designation of participating photographer will also depend on availability of said photographer.
• This being a special offer under unique circumstances, we will require full payment to confirm your booking. An acknowledgment receipt will be issued, together with a contract.
• To ensure that your payment will go to Yolanda relief efforts, we will present a receipt of the donation.
• For those who may ask, we will make the donation thru the Philippine Red Cross, a trusted and time-tested organization. Should you wish to give to a different charity or organization, please let us know.
  

PROCEDURE :

• There will be participating Focus member photographers, listed in the announcement.
• Each photographer will do only one photoshoot (portfolio/family/baby shoot) AND only one event (wedding/debut/event). If a specific photographer is already committed to a photoshoot or an event coverage, he will not be asked to do another. Other photographers will do the project.
• Clients may ask or request for a specific photographer, but as mentioned above, participating photographers will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Designation of photographers will be handled and coordinated by Focus Bulacan. Scheduling of photoshoots will be done by the client and the photographer who will handle the project.
• Focus Bulacan and the participating photographers guarantee to give their best effort in the photoshoots and event coverage.
