July 2014 Theme Contest : FOCUS

Quite possibly, most probably the best contest we've had so far. Here's hoping better entries and contests are in the offing in the future. Kudos to all the participants of our FOCUS theme contest. The voters really had a hard time picking just three photos from the field. Just like in any contest, there will be winners, and there will be those left out.

We thank all who voted, especially our guest judges, (conceptual photographer) Chino Sardea and (photography professor) Regemrei Bernardo. Your review and input are much appreciated!

Congratulations to Julius Calzo! An awesome concept and an equally awesome photo. What a feat : winning a contest immediately after becoming an official member of Focus Bulacan. Keep it up!

1st Place gets an extra 10 points, 2nd Place gets 7, 3rd Place gets 5, 4th Place (undisclosed) gets 3, and 5th Place (also undisclosed) gets 2 points for the Photographer Of The Year competition. Participants automatically get 3 points for submitting entries.
