Photographer Of The Year Prize Options

This early, we're making it official. Somewhat.

The problem with designating a grand prize for the winner of our Photographer Of The Year competition lies in the identity of the victor, in the first place. By now we can only guess what brand or system he is using, what his field of photography is, or simply what would he want or need as prize if he wins it all. So to deal with the uncertainty, we are giving one thing that surely will be appreciated by every participant and contender in the POTY race : a choice.

The winner of POTY at the end of the year will get to choose his prize from among 9 options. Select only one from the following great items :

• Nikon (Nikkor) AF 50mm f/1.4D lens
• Nikon D3100 camera with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens

Of course, let's not forget the trophy that goes with the prize item. And a feature video shoot of the Top 3 placers with the grand winner to be revealed at the end of the video. It all adds up to the drama and excitement.
